Mr. Sanjok Biswakarma (Chief Executive Officer)
Mr. Sanjok Biswakarma is the Chief Executive Officer of Serkar Dairy Private Limited. He has an MBA from the University of Canberra, Australia and B.Sc. Hons in Microbiology from India. He has worked in the food manufacturing industry for more than 13 years and in dairy industry for more than 7 years as Senior management team of the Organization. In SDPL, He provides strategic direction and leadership to the organization.
Mr. Birkha Rai (Plant Manager)
Mr. Birkha holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology from RVS College of Arts & Science in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. With over 10 years of experience working in multinational companies, he has served in quality control and production departments, rising to the position of Assistant Manager. He has undergone extensive training in food safety and quality control, both within Bhutan and internationally. He joined Serkar Dairy Private Limited in 2022 as Plant Manager to oversees the operations and production of the Greek yogurt and processed cheese plants.
Mrs. Tshering Wangmo (Finance /HR Manager)
Mrs. Tshering Wangmo serves as the Finance and HR Manager at Serkar Dairy Private Limited. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Finance from Gedu College of Business Studies in 2012. With over 12 years of professional experience in diverse roles, including positions in accounting and sales, she brings a wealth of expertise to SDPL. In her current role, she manages and oversees the company’s Finance and HR operations.
Mr. Sonam Rinzin (Marketing Executive)
Mr. Sonam graduated from the College of Language and Cultural Studies with a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Literature. He began his professional career with Serkar Dairy Private Limited (SDPL) in 2024, right after completing his studies. As his first role, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing and sales activities.
Ms. Sarita Tamang (Store and Procurement In charge)
Ms. Sarita oversees the store and procurement operations at Serkar Dairy Private Limited (SDPL). She is graduate of Institute of Zorig Chusum, she joined SDPL in 2023, bringing her expertise to ensure efficient management of inventory and procurement activities.
