Mr. Sonam Lhundrup (Chairperson)
Mr. Sonam Lhundrup is the Chairperson of Serkar Dairy Private Limited. He holds an MBA from the University of Canberra, Australia, and an LLM from George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., USA. Mr. Sonam earned his law degree from the University of Mumbai in 2002. He served as a General Counsel at Druk Holding and Investments (DHI) for 15 years and served in the Boards of several companies under DHI such as DGPC, BPC, BNB and BPPL. Mr. Sonam currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of RICBL.
Mr. Ugyen Dendup (Board Member)
Mr. Ugyen Dendup has a BSc. Hons degree in Pharmacology from the University of Aberdeen, U.K and an MSc. degree in Pharm Analysis from the University of Strathclyde in the United Kingdom. He is an MBA graduate from the University of Canberra, Australia.With over 19 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, he has held various roles across both government and corporate organizations. Mr. Dendup spent more than 16 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry at Menjong Sorig Pharmaceuticals (MSP), where he eventually served as Head before transitioning to the corporate sector. He is a former CEO of Serkar Dairy Private Limited and currently serves as a Board Director at the same company.
Mr. Tashi Palden (Board Member)
Mr Tashi Palden is a graduate of NDA, India. And currently serves as the board member of Serkar dairy Private Limited
Mr. Sanjok Biswakarma (Chief Executive Officer)
Mr. Sanjok Biswakarma is the Chief Executive Officer of Serkar Dairy Private Limited. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Canberra, Australia and B.Sc. (Hons) in Microbiology from India. He has worked in the food manufacturing industry for more than 13 years and in dairy industry for more than 7 years. He has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Serkar Dairy Private Limited since its inception.
